A menu board may be used if it is designed to properly hold a speaker and a microphone and the distance to the car is not excessive

Best distance from the speaker post to the car is 3 feet or less

Distances over 3 feet will increase ambient noise and echo greatly degrading performance

The speaker and microphone must be installed in the acoustic foam supplied with each unit
